All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our wholesale distribution, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We encourage all customers to review their orders carefully before submitting.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives with damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a replacement or store credit:

  • Provide your order number
  • Submit clear photos of the damaged or defective items
  • Retain the original packaging for potential claim processing

We will review your claim and issue a resolution within 3–5 business days.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product(s), please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to correct the issue at no cost.

Return Shipping

In the rare event that a return is authorized (for damaged or incorrect goods only), we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under all circumstances:
