Shipping Policy

KeratinRX ships all wholesale orders directly to verified salon professionals across the United States. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and your account is verified.

Orders placed after 12 PM ET may begin processing on the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping speed and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your selected service and delivery address.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. (Let us know if you’re planning to order international for additional information.)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are determined by weight, distance, and chosen shipping method.

KeratinRX does not offer free shipping unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can also view your tracking details under My Account > Orders.

Shipping Issues or Delays

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and tracking details
  • If damaged, include clear photos of the packaging and item(s)

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Local Pickup

If you are located near our distribution site in Delray Beach, FL, local pickup may be available by request. Please contact info@keratinrx.com before placing your order if you’d like to arrange pickup.
